Surprisingly High Paying Jobs

The prison system in California is large and employs well-paid people.
Take for example the average salary of a prison officer, with overtime, recently reported to be approximately $100,000. Added to that, pensions that are 90% of salary, beginning at age 50. The California Correctional Peace Officers are some of the most well-paid people in the entire state. However, with deep budget cuts, those high salaries and pensions might be affected. Even so, with more prisons on the drawing board for the future in many states, this could be a lucrative career. If you have an interest in law enforcement, find out what positions are available at your local correctional facility.

Thanks for the sharing the information about high paid jobs in California, by the way I work for Field and Technical Services as an engineer, currently we do have openings for technician.
